The location near beach was beautiful.
It was so old and dilapadated..scared of catching something in room.It needs major renovations.

Very Hot water
Such a HUGE disappointment-Electrical safety issues-the ground wire cut from the AC unit-Pop up toaster did not work and guests were removing toast w/ metal tongs! Dark hallways- No hangers in the closet- There are nicer locations at a much cheaper rate-Save yourself-do not stay here

Liked very much about the Beach view, Swimming pool, and fruiting Coconut trees.Their rates are low for such a beach view Inn.
A greetings with a smile was missing at the Customer Service desk.

Great price and location. Beyond the ugliness of the room the bed was quite nice. They have a tiki pool bar at the Tropic Cay which is in the same compound with a wonderful bartender, I think her name is Cathy, go see her.
Awful check in she was eating something and did not wish to be bothered. Maid service is poor, didnt clean room entire time I was there, 4 days, just fresh towels, took out trash sometimes, They cant get a cart to the second floor, the floor is so gross , they think you wont even notice Ask for a room with tile or carpet and white linens. I got a beyond dirty messed up painted cement floor and orange comforter from who knows when. The sheets and mattress cover were old and would not stay on the nice newer mattress. They are in process of renovating. Fair deal in 2 digits, dont think it will ever be worth paying 3 for

Position.
At check-in we were greeted by a very rude person. The room was very dirty (dusty floor, food residue under the microwave, ants and a cockroach to keep us company in the room, bed linen were never changed). Rooms had two large windows covered by a curtain instead of the wall.

This hotel is a nightmare. Its like right out of a horror movie. Its the worst service. And the absolute worst standard I have ever seen. Its not even a 1 star hotel. The staff is horrible. Its dirty. And nasty. It cant be described. Booked.net should not let this guys have 3 stars on the webpage. Go take a look. I have been all over the world the last 10 years. This is the worst I have ever seen.
No. Its the worst ever!

I liked the location - close to the beach and within walking distance of seafront entertainment. I was able to change my room and the room I got had a small balcony and cooking facilities - not sure that this was a Standard Room, it was in the Ocean Wave Building, which I can recommend.
I did not like the first room I was offered as the only window looked out on to a walkway which was the access to all the other rooms on the floor - so no privacy at all. The pool that went with that building was not in use and left with some water in it - not very attractive to say the least. The telephone in the room was not working. The room had to double beds (not queen)

The location was just across from the beach.
They charge for parking. It is mostly an old flea bag dump.

Location
The Inn was misrepresented by the photos on the Booked.net website, the swimming pool was dirty, it was loud at 2am in the morning with drunk guests sitting outside shouting obscene words. The bathrooms walls were cracked and paint peeling. I understand the price was really good but the pictures were definitely take a long time ago as it doesn't not look up to its standard. It should be downgraded by a star. I checked out a day early that I was supposed to.

just accross A1A from beach.
Dirty, dirty and dirty. older section of the hotel is in desperate need of a considerable amount of renovations. We had reservations for the week but checked out on the second day due to the conditions.
